Products & Services
Alert Bridge is our primary product. It is an enterprise email-to-mobile-push operational alerting platform used by organizations to notify employees, contractors, and on-call staff.
Alert Bridge captures inbound system alert emails into secure logs and sends mobile push notifications to enrolled recipients when new alerts are available. Detailed alert information is accessed through the Alert Bridge application and/or web log after authentication.
Messaging & Access
Services operated by D L Brandt LLC are intended strictly for operational use within customer organizations. Alert Bridge does not support marketing or promotional messaging.
Alert Bridge uses authentication to protect access to alert details. When SMS is used, it is used only for one-time passcodes (OTP) for authentication. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile plan.
Mobile push notification delivery and display can be affected by device settings (including “Do Not Disturb”), notification permissions, platform behavior, and connectivity.
